Doh Kyung Soo, singer and actor known by his stage name D.O., blessed his Singaporean fans with his honey-like vocals at his highly anticipated “Bloom” fan concert. Held on 8 August 2024, at the iconic Singapore Indoor Stadium, the event marked Kyung Soo’s first solo fan concert in the city. Despite the fan concert being held on a Thursday night, the entire stadium was packed with fans, eagerly anticipating for his arrival.

The evening began with a romantic performance “Mars”, the title song from his 3rd mini album, continued with fan interaction segments where he shared photos of the food that he ate in Singapore, reading and answering to fans post-it notes, singing snippets of fan favourites – Don’t Go, History and Peter Pan.

Another segment was playing a game where he has to answer the questions in regards to his MV “Popcorn”. This led to an adorable response Kyung Soo, where he expressed his frustration by saying “I don’t know, I don’t know!” when asked if knew the time the clock was displaying in the MV.

The fan concert then continue with more ballad songs such as “I Do”, “Ordinary Days”, “Somebody” and “Popcorn”. The concert set list showcased Kyung Soo’s smooth live vocals and emotional depth which definitely comforted the fans after the long midweek.

Towards the end of the fan concert, Kyung Soo was presented with a surprise video montage created by his fans, featuring messages of love and support from all around the world. Moved by the gesture, he expressed his heartfelt thanks, promising to return to Singapore soon.
