Just three months since his last visit, Onew’s highly anticipated fanmeet was held in Singapore last Sunday, which also marked his first solo show in the city. Accompanied by his band partner zai.ro, the fan meeting was both heartwarming and engaging.

In the pearl aqua sea lit by the light sticks, Onew began with “Circle”, mesmerizing Jjinggus, Onew’s fan name, with its poetic, soulful, and warm essence. The mood deepened with “Sign”, a poignant song about a complicated love relationship. A highlight of the evening was Onew’s discussion of his latest song, “All Day” (Monday to Sunday). He shared his personal involvement in its creation and how the track’s unique qualities set it apart from his previous work.

As the final destination on his tour, Onew highlighted Singapore’s significance and conveyed his sincere gratitude for it. During the interactive parts of the fanmeet, Onew shared recent pictures, talked about his favorite songs, took part in a drawing challenge, played entertaining activities like “Guess Who I Am” and a dancing challenge. Fans had the opportunity to interact with him during the last phase, an OX quiz, where the top five fans received special prizes. In addition, Onew encouraged people who wanted to play the game after the fan meeting to reuse the tissues from the Tissue Pulling Challenge (TPC), one of the interactive elements.

With an encore of “DICE”, the event came to an end, leaving fans excitedly anticipating Onew’s upcoming announcements. Onew’s upcoming album, scheduled for release in September, promises to be highly anticipated among Jjinggus.
