RED VELVET’s leader IRENE blossomed as a solo artist in Singapore with her first solo concert, “I-WILL” held at the Theatre at Mediacorp. Marking her first Singapore stop of the Asia tour since her solo debut, Reveluvs witnessed a new chapter of IRENE’s artistry that evening.
Opening the night with Like A Flower, IRENE immediately captivated the audience with her graceful stage presence and soothing vocals. She continued to showcase songs from both her debut solo mini album ‘Like A Flower’ and her first full-length album ‘Biggest Fan’.

The concert was thoughtfully divided into three distinct concepts, graceful, dark, and fun, allowing IRENE to present the many sides of herself as a soloist. From the soft elegance of Like A Flower and Strawberry Silhouette, she effortlessly transitioned into the bold and charismatic energy of Black Halo and Spit It Out. She then wrapped up the main set on a playful note with Ka-Ching and Biggest Fan, songs that were highly requested by fans during the first talk segment.
One of the night’s biggest surprises came in the form of a special RED VELVET medley. To the delight of fans, IRENE performed Attaboy, Red Dress, a jazzy rearrangement of Rookie, before ending with the group’s iconic hit Russian Roulette. The unexpected medley filled the theatre with loud cheers as ReVeluvs enthusiastically sang along, making it one of the most memorable moments of the evening.

Beyond the performances, IRENE’s warm and sincere interactions made the concert feel especially intimate. During the talk segments, she shared that she had already tried durian and jackfruit while in Singapore, even recommending the latter to fans as she found it “really delicious”. She joked that it was difficult to find jackfruit in Korea, making it a fruit she especially looked forward to eating whenever she visited Southeast Asia. Before wrapping up the segment, she also excitedly revealed that chilli crab was next on her food itinerary after the concert, delighting local Reveluvs and showing off her adorable foodie side.
As the night came to a close, IRENE thanked Singapore Reveluvs for creating unforgettable memories with her and promised to meet them again. With “I-WILL”, she proved that while she has long shone as the leader of RED VELVET, she is now blooming beautifully in a chapter that showcases her as a soloist.
