Saturday, 5th May 2018, COOL, CUTE and FANTASTIC South Korean Girl Group Oh! My Girl held their very first Fan Meet in Singapore and South East Asia at the Resorts World Theatre, Resort World Sentosa.
With passionate cheers from their fans, Miracles, the girls kicked off their Fan Meet with ‘Love Oʼclock’, ‘Windy Day‘ and their hit songs such as ‘A-ing’, ‘Secret Garden’, and latest release Oh My Girl Banhana’s ‘Banana Allergy Monkey’.
As Jiho previously injured her ankle, she was unable to perform with the rest of the members and was seated at the side. She explained though she was recovering, she is unable to put pressure on her leg, and so she is unable to dance. However, that did not the mood was soon lightened as Miracles cheered and screamed loudly.
As the saying goes, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do”. Seunghee shocked the crowd by expressing her excitement saying “You make me siao” which also means “You make me crazy” in Singlish. The girls also said they would like to try Laksa, Chili crab, Chicken rice, Kaya Jam and also TWG tea while they are in Singapore.

14 lucky fans were able to bag home gifts from Oh My Girl as during the game segment, the members were able to display their teamwork as they completed the missions given below 5 minutes and as the girls were given 3 cookies each to decorate for their fans. As the Fan Meet comes to an end, a special video was prepared by the fans which shock the girls and some even had tears in their eyes. Nearing the end of the video, a cake specially prepared to commemorate Oh My Girl’s 3rd Anniversary and to celebrate MiMiʼs birthday was pushed on the stage.
